1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to uuko. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and uuko ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the uuko website, downloading the uuko app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on uuko, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on uuko. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uuko account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. uuko will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Notify uuko immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not use another person's account or allow another person to use yours.
• Keep your contact details up to date so uuko can reach you when needed.
• Use a strong, unique password for your uuko account.

4 Deposits and Payments

uuko accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your uuko balance in real time once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

All funds deposited into your uuko account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. uuko does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your registered account details, uuko reserves the right to hold the funds pending verification and may return them to the source.

uuko processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed on the same day. 10 Account Suspension and Closure
